APrivateClub is an online social networking community that connects people through networks of friends. To accomplish this, users create their own profiles which are shown to other users of APrivateClub.com (the "Website"). To fulfill the purpose of this Website, APrivateClub profile information includes first and last name, gender, age, and location. Profiles are available and displayed to users of APrivateClub, who are able to sort, and search for other users based upon the information provided in each profile.

APrivateClub collects user-submitted account information such as name and email address to identify users and send notifications related to use of the Website. APrivateClub also collects user-submitted profile information, such as stated above in order to assist users in finding and communicating with each other.

APrivateClub also collects browser information and IP addresses for all users of the Website for administration purposes.

Use of Information Obtained by APrivateClub

1. Information users submit to APrivateClub. User-submitted profile information, as well as first and last name and photos, are submitted by users at their own risk, and are displayed to other users of the Website to support the function of the Website as a social networking community. Email address, and first and last name are required when a user invites another person to the Website. By submitting such information, Users agree to submit information that to the best of their knowledge is accurate.

Users are able to communicate on APrivateClub with other users without disclosing their email address. However, APrivateClub may also use a user's email address to send weekly updates or news regarding the Website. Other Information and Sharing Policies. APrivateClub logs non-personally-identifiable information including IP address, profile information, aggregate user data, and browser type, from users and visitors to the Website This data is used to manage the Website, track usage and improve the Website services. This non-personally-identifiable information may be shared with third-parties to provide more relevant services and advertisements to members. User IP addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes only.

As a matter of policy, except where you are expressly informed otherwise, we do not sell, rent, share, trade or give away any of your personal information unless required by law or for the protection of your membership or to protect the safety of members of the public and users of the service. When disclosing said information, APrivateClub will do so at its sole discretion. APrivateClub may share profile information and aggregate usage information in a non-personally identifiable manner to advertisers and other third parties in order to present to members more targeted advertising, products and services. In such situations we will never disclose information that will be used to personally identify you. APrivateClub reserves the right to transfer personal information to a successor in interest that acquires rights to that information as a result of the sale of APrivateClub or substantially all of its assets to that successor in interest.

2. Links. This site may contain links to other websites. Please be aware that APrivateClub is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices of other websites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. 6. Invite a Friend. If a user elects to use our Invite feature to invite a friend to our site, we ask them for the friend's email address. APrivateClub will automatically send the friend an email inviting them to join the site. APrivateClub stores this email address for the purpose of sending an email invitation to that address. When, and if, the invited person accepts the invitation to the Website, the invited user will be added to the friends list of the user who initiated the invite. APrivateClub does not sell these email addresses or use them to send any other communication besides invitations and invitation reminders. Invitees may contact APrivateClub to request the removal of this information from our database by sending a single email with the subject "REMOVE" to privacy@aprivateclub.com. Please note that the email must come from the account that wishes to be removed.

7. Message Boards, Guides and Public Forums. Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information online for example on message boards, through e-mail, or in guides and groups - that information can be collected and used by others. In short, by posting personal information online that is publicly accessible, you may receive unsolicited communications from other parties in return.
